Responsible for preparing food and beverage prototypes using flavors, supporting customer briefs, and conducting application trials to assess flavor performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop prototypes for dairy, beverages, bakery, confectionery, and savory.
- Apply and optimize flavours based on customer requirements.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and prepare tasting reports.
- Support Sales/Marketing with samples .
- Maintain accurate formulation and trial documentation.
- Ensure lab hygiene, organization, and equipment readiness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Food Science/Technology or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in applications, R&D, or food manufacturing.
- Strong formulation, sensory, and problem-solving skills.
